Chromatic Water Sort (formerly Liquid Water Sort) — Data & Account Deletion

Your app-specific Firebase account is separate from your Google Account and Google Play Games profile. Choose the action matching the data you want to remove.

No 90-day waiting period: successful in-app deletion removes the selected active Firebase data as part of the deletion operation. We do not hold that deleted active game data for 90 days. Complete account verification and wait for the app's success confirmation.

1. Sign Out

Open Profile & Cloud Save → Sign Out. This ends your game sign-in session, keeps local progress and cloud data, and does not delete your Google Account or Google Play Games profile.

2. Delete Cloud Save

While signed in, open Profile & Cloud Save → Delete cloud save and confirm. On success, this deletes your active game progress and gameplay checkpoint stored in Firebase/Firestore. It keeps local progress, your app-specific account and authentication. Your Google Account and Play Games profile remain unchanged.

Automatic backup pauses until you reach a new highest level or explicitly choose Sync Now. Syncing again can create a new cloud save from local progress.

3. Delete Account & Cloud Data

While signed in, open Profile & Cloud Save → Delete account & cloud save and follow the confirmation instructions. The app verifies your account through your sign-in provider, deletes your active cloud game progress and checkpoint, then deletes your app-specific Firebase account. Wait for success confirmation. If verification or deletion fails, or only part of the deletion completes, follow the app's instructions and retry the remaining step. Sending a request or closing the app is not proof of successful deletion.

This does not delete your Google Account or Google Play Games profile. Local progress remains on the device.

4. Local Progress Removal

Local game progress and settings remain on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. There is currently no in-app Reset Local Progress button.

Android Settings → Apps → Liquid Water Sort → Storage → Clear storage

Alternatively, uninstall Liquid Water Sort. These actions remove local app data and local sign-in state; they do not delete an existing cloud save. To remove both cloud and local data, complete cloud/account deletion before clearing storage or uninstalling.

Request Deletion Without the App

If the app is no longer installed, or you cannot access it, email [email protected]. State whether you request cloud-save deletion only, or deletion of the app-specific Firebase account and associated cloud data. Identify the Google account used to sign in to Liquid Water Sort so the request can be matched to the correct app account. Reinstallation is not required.

The developer personally handles these requests and verifies account ownership before deleting the requested active Firebase data. Email requests are reviewed manually; sending an email does not trigger immediate automatic deletion. There is no mandatory 90-day waiting period. We will confirm the outcome after processing your verified request.

Do not send passwords, OTPs, authentication codes, tokens or private keys. This request does not delete your Google Account or Google Play Games profile.

Retention Information

Local progress remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Active Firebase game data remains until successful deletion; it has no additional 90-day hold after deletion. If you delete only the cloud save, a later explicit sync or new highest-level progress can create a new cloud save from device progress, as described above.

Website connection/security logs and provider-managed backups are separate from the active game save. This page does not promise that such records disappear at the same instant as active data, or that data independently controlled by Google or other providers is deleted by the game's account controls. Google's own records are subject to its retention and deletion policies.
