1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Chromatic Water Sort (formerly Liquid Water Sort) application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Nature of the App

Chromatic Water Sort (formerly Liquid Water Sort) is a casual puzzle game. You may use the App as a guest or create an optional account for additional features.

3. Cloud Save and Accounts

The cloud save feature is provided as a convenience to help you synchronize your game progress across devices. We do not guarantee permanent storage of your data. You are responsible for maintaining access to your linked Google account if you choose to use one. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the cloud save service at any time.

You can delete your cloud save or app-specific Firebase account through Profile & Cloud Save. Successful deletion removes the selected active Firebase data without a 90-day waiting period; account deletion requires verification. Local progress and your Google Account/Play Games profile remain. Email requests are handled manually by the developer after account ownership verification. 4. Advertising and Rewards

The App may display advertisements, including rewarded video ads. If you choose to view a rewarded ad, any in-game benefit or reward will be granted only after eligible completion and a successful callback from the ad network. Game rewards have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that is abusive, illegal, or interferes with the normal operation of the game. Abusive automation, tampering, or cheating is prohibited, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in such behavior where reasonable.

6. Changes and Availability

We may change, update, or remove features of the App at our discretion. We provide no guarantee of uninterrupted service, availability, or continued functionality of any specific feature.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SPVN TECH makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, code, graphics, and name, are owned by SPVN TECH. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
